Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním citlivosti Mycoplasma hominis a Ureaplasma urealyticum na erytromycin, azitromycin, josamycin, doxycyklin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin a norfloxacin. Stanovovány byly minimální inhibiční a minimální baktericidní koncentrace bujónovou mikrodiluční metodou. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena podle CLSI normy a porovnána s výsledky dalších vědeckých studií.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with antimicrobial susceptibility of Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum to antibiotics erythromycin, azithromycin, josamycin, doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and norfloxacin. Minimal inhibitory and minimal bactericidal concentrations were determined using the broth microdilution method.
