Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá mírou ekvivalence jednotlivých položek testových baterií Unifittest (6-60) a Fitnessgram. Nejdříve v práci uvádíme teoretická východiska, která zpracovávají motorické schopnosti, motometrii a jednotlivé testové baterie. Ve výzkumné části jsou pak uvedeny výsledky výzkumu. Konkrétní hodnoty míry ekvivalence byly vyhodnoceny u testů vytrvalostního člunkového běhu na 20 m, hrudních předklonů v lehu pokrčmo (sed-leh opakovaně) a záklonu trupu v lehu na břiše. Testování se účastnilo 63 probandů z 5., 6. a 7. třídy základní školy Mělník-Pšovka. Testový soubor obsahoval probandy ve věku od 10 do 13 let. Testovaných chlapců bylo 40 a dívek 23. U každého probanda proběhlo testování celé testové baterie Unifittest (6-60) a pak následoval Fitnessgram. Míra ekvivalence u testů vytrvalostních člunkových běhů na 20 m byla pro dívky 0,79 a pro chlapce 0,93. U obou případů tedy docházelo k ekvivalenci. Míra ekvivalence u dvou testů zaměřených na sílu břišních svalů, tedy hrudních předklonů v lehu pokrčmo (Fitnessgram) a sed-lehů (Unifittest (6-60), byla u chlapců 0,61 a u dívek 0,68. V obou případech se jedná o nedostatečnou míru ekvivalence. Posledními testy, u kterých se měřila míra ekvivalence, byl záklon v lehu na břiše z Fitnessgramu a sed-lehy z Unifittestu (6-60). U chlapců byla naměřena hodnota 0,19 a u dívek pak 0,22. Obě hodnoty nedosahují dostatečné míry ekvivalence.

Abstract:

This thesis' goal is to find the equivalence of the individual components of Unifittest (6-60) and Fitnessgram. The thesis first presents theoretical bases which measure motor skills, motometry and individual testing batteries. The research portion then lists the results of the practical work. The specific equivalency values were evaluated in tests of a stamina-focused shuttle run (20 m distance), sit-ups (repeated) and a backwards bend of the torso while lying on the stomach. The test was conducted on 63 individuals from 5th-7th grade of the Mělník-Pšovka elementary school. The test was conducted on people aged 10-13. There were 40 boys and 23 girls. Each person was tested using the whole Unifittest (6-60) regimen, followed by the Fitnessgram. The equivalency for the 20m shuttle run was 0.79 for girls and 0.93 for boys. Both cases show equivalency. The equivalency of sit ups in Fitnessgram and Unifittest (6-60) was 0.68 for girls and 0.61 for boys. Both cases show an insufficient amount of equivalence. The last test batch in the equivalency measurements were backwards leans when lying on the stomach from the Fitnessgram and sit-ups fron Unifittest (6-60). Boys measured 0.19 and girls 0.22. Both values do not show an adequate amount of equivalence.
