The importance of cost development monitoring as assumption of business efficiency.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the development of monitoring costs, revenues and evaluates their impact on earnings. The aim of this work is the analysis of development cost of the investment project at the hotel and the evaluation of the various analyzes of costs and their impact recommends options for the cost of this investment project to reduce and make the best and most effective use of available economic resources. The work is divided into three successive parts and theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part describes the accounting systems, their characteristics and look at the cost breakdown of costs by purpose, type, calculation and breakdown of costs in terms of decision-making needs. In the analytical part are captured calculations and calculation methods suitable for hotel investment project, including financial analysis, cost analysis, especially for the years 2014 to 2018. The third section contains design recommendations that would allow the hotel could reduce their costs and increase their profits.

KOKINDA, Peter. Význam sledování vývoje nákladů jako předpoklad efektivnosti podnikání. (Diplomová práca) Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze 8, spol. s r. o. Praha : 2013, 89 strán. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá sledovaním vývoja nákladov, výnosov a zhodnotenia ich vplyvu na výsledok hospodárenia. Cieľom práce je analýza vývoja nákladov investičného projektu hotela a na základe vyhodnotenia rôznych analýz nákladov a ich vplyvu odporúča možnosti ako náklady v tomto investičnom projekte znížiť a čo najlepšie a najefektívnejšie využiť disponibilné ekonomické zdroje. Práca je rozdelená do troch nadväzujúcich častí a to teoretickej, analytickej a návrhovej. V teoretickej časti sú popísané účtovné systémy, ich charakteristika a pohľad na náklady, členenie nákladov podľa účelu, druhu, kalkulácie a členenie nákladov z hľadiska potrieb rozhodovania. V analytickej časti sú zachytené kalkulácie a vhodné kalkulačné metódy pre investičný projekt hotela, vrátane finančnej analýzy, hlavne analýzy nákladov na roky 2014 až 2018. Tretia návrhová časť obsahuje odporúčania, vďaka ktorým by si hotel mohol znížiť svoje náklady a zvýšiť svoj zisk.
