Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na riziko vzniku škody na věci z pohledu ekonomické analýzy práva. K poznání pravidel optimální alokace rizika slouží analýza faktorů, na základě kterých lze rozložit riziko. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the risk of damage to the property from the perspective of economic analysis of law. The analysis of individual factors, which affects the spread of risks, leads into the recognition of the rules of optimal allocation of risks.
