Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom optimalizácie grafického rozhrania elektronického obchodu, ktorej cieľom je zlepšenie obchodnej úspešnosti. Vysvetľovaný postup je aplikovaný na konkrétny elektronický obchod, kde sú po analýze aktuálnej podoby navrhnuté alternatívne prvky rozhrania.
