Abstrakt V bakalářské práci se zabývám důvodem vzniku Vědeckotechnologických parků (dále jen VTP) ve světě a v České republice včetně jejich zmapování a jejich historického vývoje. Abstract The thesis deals with the reason of science and technology parks (STP) in the world and in the Czech Republic, including the mapping and their historical development. I will clarify the meaning, reason of their origin, whom they serve and who uses them. The types and models of STP will be enlisted.
