Determination of vitamin D by separation and immunochemical techniques
Abstract:
V současnosti rozeznáváme dva hlavní typy metod, kterými se stanovuje vitamín D, konkrétně 25-hydroxyvitamín D. Jedná se o separační metodu a o imunochemickou metodu. Obě metody stanovení koncentrace 25-hydroxyvitamínu D mají své výhody a nevýhody. Práce obsahuje praktické porovnání separační a imunochemické metody na souborech dat reálných vzorků a kontrolních materiálů.
Abstract:
At present, we distinguish two main types of methods, which determine vitamin D, specifically 25-hydroxyvitamin D. It is a separation and immunochemical methods. Both methods of determining the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D have their advantages and disadvantages.
