Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání průmyslových práv. Část práce se zabývá mezinárodními smlouvami, které upravují tuto problematiku. Další část práce rozebírá předmětnou problematiku z pohledu národních předpisů. Taktéž jsou zde rozebrány příslušné legislativní akty Evropské unie. This thesis analyses the problem of intangible industrial rights enforcement. First the thesis describes the international treaties concerning intangible industrial rights as well as the enforcement.
