Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí První – Část teoretická se zaměřuje na vliv rozsahu a kvality provedené rekonstrukce na ocenění nemovitosti. Druhá – Část praktická, se zabývá tržním oceněním rodinného domu v Sedlci Prčici a oceněním administrativní budovy ve Voticích. Třetí – Část analytická obsahuje analýzu trhu v okrese Benešov.
