Abstract:
Mezi významné zdroje vlákniny patří řasy. Cílem diplomové práce bylo stanovení jednotlivých frakcí vlákniny v produktech z mořských a sladkovodních řas. Množství acidodetergentní, neutálně-detergentní, acidodetergentního ligninu a hrubé vlákniny, bylo zjištěno pomocí přístroje Ankom220 Fiber Analyzer.
Abstract:
Seaweed belongs to one of very important sources of fiber. The main objective of my masters thesis was to determine each fraction of the fiber in products made from seaweed and freshwater algae. The amount of acid-detergent, neutral-detergent fiber, acid-detergent lignin and crude fiber had been able to find by using the ``ANKOM 220 FIBER ANALYSER{\crqq} device.
