Předložená práce je zaměřena na studium teplotních nároků padlí (hub řádu Erysiphales) a teplotně podmíněných změn odolnosti hostitelských druhů rostlin vůči padlí. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda různé teplotní podmínky a testované látky ovlivňují projev rezistentní reakce rostlin vůči padlí. The presented work is focused on study of temperature demands of powdery mildews (Erysiphales) and temperature dependent changes of resistance of host plants to powdery mildews.
