Diplomová práce teoreticky shrnuje poznatky pro založení podniku služeb v Moravskoslezském kraji, konkrétně v Třinci. Zakládaný podnik se bude věnovat činnosti insolvenčního správce a poradenství v této oblasti. Na základě PEST analýzy a analýzy interního prostředí je možné podnik založit. The diploma thesis provides the reader with the theoretical findings/background concerning a service-oriented company located in Moravian-Silesian region - particularly in the city of Třinec. The company is in charge of liquidation and liquidator's consultancy.
