Abstract:
Tématem práce se stala soudní zasedání, resp. jejich formy. Nejdůležitější a nejvýznamnější úlohou soudního projednání věci je vyslovení zákonného a odůvodněného rozhodnutí o základní otázce trestního řízení, o vině obžalovaného a o trestu za spáchaný trestný čin.
Abstract:
The main theme of this work has been judicial sittings, or more precisely their form. The most important and significant theme of judicial act is an enouncement (expresion) and reasoned decision about principal question of criminal procedure about defendants guilt and about punishment for criminal act.
