Diplomová práce prozkoumá hodnocení pracovního výkonu ve vybrané společnosti, vyhodnotí hodnocení pracovníků společnosti a ověří, zda hodnocení vede ke zlepšení, posunu a motivaci zaměstnanců. Je důležité, aby si v rámci hodnocení, manažeři i zaměstnanci, stanovili, kam chtějí směřovat a čeho chtějí v budoucnosti dosáhnout.
