Práce se věnuje aktuálním právním problémům alternativních forem řešení sporů online. V práci je nejprve uvedena definice ODR a přehled základních forem ODR, které jsou následně srovnány s online arbitráží. Práce se dále věnuje možnosti využití ODR v českém právním prostředí, a dále se zaměřuje na aktuální legislativní iniciativy UNCITRAL a Evropské Unie. Abstract:
The thesis deals with actual legal issues of online dispute resolution. First is the definition of ODR and overwiew of basic ODR forms, which are compared with the online arbitration. The work further deals with the possibility of ODR in Czech legal environment and focuses on the current UNCITRAL and EU legislative initiatives.
