Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma „ Obiloviny v dietním stravování „ se zaměřuje na charakteristiku známých druhů obilnin i druhů méně známých a opomíjených, jejich nutriční hodnotu, kulinární využití a prospěšnost ve zdraví a nemoci. Další část je věnována pacientům s celiakií, jejich zdravotním problémům a nutričnímu stavu.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis with the subject "Cereals in the diet food" focuses on the characteristics of known species of cereals and lesser known and neglected ones, their nutritional value, culinary use and the benefits in health and disease. Further part is concerned with the patients suffering from the celiac disease, their health problems and nutritional state.
