Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se pokouší najít melancholii a její příčiny ve Verlainových básních. Pátrá po jakémsi melancholiu, esenci melancholie, něčem, co resekováno, mohlo by utišit melancholika v jeho trudnomyslnění. Práce vybírá melancholii jen z první Verlainovy sbírky, Saturnských básní.
