Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vlatnictvím vody. Taktéž vlastnictvím vodních toků a vodních děl. Krátce též pojednává o historickém vývoji vodního práva u nás. Nastiňuje problematiku vlastnictví a jeho ochrany. Věnuje se rozdělení vod podle vodního zákona a druhům uřívání vod.Zaměřuje se na problematiku vlastnických práv k rybníku, k níž uvádí judikaturu Nejvššího soudu a Ústavního soudu.

The topic of this master's thesis is ?Ownership Waters, Watercourses, Water Structures and its Protection. The Autor delas with ownership in general and its Protection. He aslo mentions the historical view of the water law, types of water and water usage. The thesis focuses on ownership of water, water structures and watercourses.
