Recovery coaching in drug users services

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Recovery coaching ve službách pro uživatele drog, kdy cílem práce bylo na základě poskytnutých interních dokumentů a doplňujících expertních rozhovorů popsat roli recovery kouče v doléčovacím centru Renarkon o. p. s. V teoretické části definuji pojetí závislosti, též druhy a modely závislostí, cílovou skupinu či nejčastěji užívané látky. Dále se zabývám zotavením, kde popisuji fáze a procesy zotavení včetně služeb věnujících se procesu zotavení. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována recovery coachingu a roli recovery kouče, spjaty jsou s tématem také podkapitoly zaobírajíce se peer pracovníkem, vznikem peer práce a recovery coachingu ve světě či roli recovery kouče v České republice. Aplikační část se zaměřuje formou kazuistiky na popis služby doléčovacího centra Renarkon, o. p. s. V diskusi jsou následně shrnuty výstupy aplikační části, jež se opírají o poznatky teoretické části.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is Recovery coaching in services for drug users, where the aim of the thesis was to describe the role of a recovery coach in the Renarkon treatment center Ltd. based on the provided internal documents and additional expert interviews. In the theoretical part I define the concept of addiction, also the types and models of addiction, the target group or the most commonly used substances. Next, I discuss recovery, describing the stages and processes of recovery, including services dedicated to the recovery process. The final chapter is devoted to recovery coaching and the role of the recovery coach, with subchapters dealing with the peer worker, the emergence of peer work and recovery coaching in the world, and the role of the recovery coach in the Czech Republic. The application part focuses on the description of the service of the Renarkon Recovery Centre Ltd. in the form of a case study.
