Poplatník daně z příjmů právnických osob v postavení věřitele a dlužníka

The Taxpayer of Corporate Income Tax and the Position of Company as Debtor and Creditor
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady ustanovení zákona o daních z příjmů právnických osob na základ daně věřitele a dlužníka a jejich vlivem na vývoj platební morálky v České republice. V praktické části jsou navrženy možnosti daňové optimalizace, které přináší zejména tvorba opravných položek.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on provisions of Corporation Tax and its influence on the assessment base for both debtors and creditors. The trend of payments behaviour in the Czech Republic are also dealt with as a consequence of certain tax provisions. The possibilities of tax optimization like adjustments and provisions for doubtful debts are further discussed.
