Patients with Hemato-Oncological Disease and Blood Transfusion Administration.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zjišťuje informovanost pacientů s hematoonkologickým onemocněním v oblasti podávání krevních transfuzí a možných komplikacích souvisejících s hemoterapií. V teoretické části je vytvořen přehled nejčastějších hematoonkologických onemocnění, uvedena specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tímto onemocněním, jeho psychické prožívání a práva. Teoretická část pojednává o problematice krevních transfuzí, zejména o zásadách techniky krevních převodů, komplikacích a možných nejčastějších nežádoucích účincích hemoterapie. V praktické části byl sestaven dotazník, který nám poskytl informace o informovanosti pacientů s hematoonkologickým onemocněním v oblasti komplikací, které mohou nastat v souvislosti s podáváním krevních transfuzí. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření byla vytvořena informační brožura, která by měla pacientům poskytnout základní informace o možných komplikacích a nežádoucích účincích hemoterapie.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis discovers the awareness of patients with hematooncological disease about the use of blood transfusions and potentional complications associated with hemotherapy. In the theoretical part a list of the most common hematooncological diseases is created. There is the specific nursing care for patient with this disease mentioned, the psychological feelings and rights. The theoretical part deals with the issue of blood transfusions, especially with the principles of blood transfer techniques, complications and the potentional most common undesirable effects of hemotherapy. In the practical part a questionnaire that provided us information about patient?s awareness with hematooncological disease in complications that may arise in connection with the blood transfusion administration was made. Based on the survey results an information booklet, which should provide patients basic information about possible complications and undesirable effects of hemotherapy, was created.
