Abstract:

KARFILÁTOVÁ, Eliška. Podnikatelský plán na založení wellness horského hotelu. [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2013. s. 75 Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení wellness horského hotelu. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitoly věnující se problematice wellness a rozebírá strukturu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je pak vytvořen konkrétní podnikatelský plán, ve kterém je věnována pozornost vybraným marketingovým a ekonomickým analýzám vyhodnocující a porovnávající jeho optimistická, realistická a pesimistická data. V návrhové části je věnována pozornost hodnocení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru a návratnosti investovaných prostředků v přímém porovnání s průměrnými hodnotami v jiných odvětvích. Na základě vyhodnocení veškerých cílů je vytvořen závěr popisující hodnocení celého podnikatelského záměru, a to jak z pohledu realizovatelnosti, tak z pohledu jeho úspěchu, tedy vybudování a provozu profitabilního wellness hotelu.

KARFILÁTOVÁ, Eliška. The business plan for the establishment of wellness mountain hotel. [Master´s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague : 2013. p. 75 The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for establishing wellness mountain hotel. The theoretical part includes chapters dedicated to issues of wellness and describes the structure of the formal business plan. The practical consists of specific industrial, marketing and economic analyses related to the proposed plan. The final part includes evaluation of the top line and bottom line data extracted from the analyses and evaluates feasibility of the plan and its ROE in comparison to the market standards. The conclusion of this thesis sums up the entire business plan and concludes under which circumstances it should be realized.
