Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje současné úpravě možnosti uzavření veřejnoprávní smlouvy v režimu stavebního zákona. Cílem práce je identifikovat potenciální nedostatky aktuální právní úpravy s ohledem na její úplnost a případné slabiny z hlediska jejího možného zneužití. The thesis deals with the current regulation of concluding a public law contract under the Building Act. The aim is to identify potential weaknesses in the current legislation with regard to its completeness and possible weaknesses in terms of its potential misuse.
