Analysis of the financial situation of the water company in the Zlin region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční situaci společnosti Vodovody a kanalizace Vsetín, a.s. na základě metod finanční analýzy v období let 2007 - 2011. Výsledky jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy jsou porovnány s konkurenčním odvětvím. Pro porovnání hodnot byla využita spider analýza. Na základě analýzy je cílem práce navrhnout opatření k zlepšení finančního zdraví společnosti.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on the financial situation of company Vodovody a kanalizace Vsetín, a.s. with helps the methods of financial analysis for the period 2007 - 2011. The results of financial analysis methods are compared with the competitive industry. For comparison, the values were used spider analysis. Based on the analysis, propose measures to improve the financial health of the company.
