Tato práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základní problematiky adaptačního procesu z pohledu názorů několika porovnávaných autorů odborné literatury. This thesis deals with adaptation process of new employees in selected company. Thetheoretical part is focused on the explanation of the basic problems of adaptation from the point of view of several comparative authors of literature.
