Aristocratic residences and their transformation for a tourist industry

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení transformace šlechtických sídel pro cestovní ruch. Jedná se o tři šlechtická sídla ve třech různých zemích: zámecký hotel Chateau Mcely v České republice, zámek Hertelendly v Maďarsku a venkovskou usedlost Rumene v Lotyšsku, která prošla úspěšnou přeměnou a v současné době jsou pro svou atraktivitu využívána širokou klientelou. Vzhledem ke konkurenceschopnosti v této oblasti podnikání, je však nutné rozšířit stávající klientelu, která velmi úzce souvisí s kvalitou a množstvím poskytovaných služeb. Předmětem zájmu všech destinací je tedy zkvalitnit marketing služeb a propagaci nabízených produktů, tak aby mohli pružně a rychle reagovat na potřeby trhu a vyhověli přáním stávající i budoucí klientely. Protože se jedná o méně známá šlechtická sídla, je nutné přiblížit široké veřejnosti nejen jejich lokalitu a historii, ale především jejich výhody a možnosti využití. Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is to evaluate the transformation of aristocratic residences for tourism. There are three stately homes in three different countries: castle hotel Chateau Mcely in the Czech Republic, Hungary lock Hertelendly in a rural homestead Rumene in Latvia, which underwent a successful conversion and currently are used for their attractiveness wide clientele. Due to the competitiveness in this business, it is necessary to expand existing clientele, which is closely related to the quality and quantity of services provided. The focus of all destinations is therefore improve marketing services and promotion of the products so that they can respond quickly and flexibly to market needs and satisfy the wishes of existing and future clients. Because it is a lesser-known stately homes, it is necessary to make the general public not only their location and history, but also their advantages and possibilities.
