Cílem této studie bylo prozkoumat méně běžné genetické příčiny poruch plodnosti u skupiny žen s neplodností nejasné etiologie. S použitím vzorků od 66 neplodných žen jsem provedla sekvenční analýzu genů BMP15, GDF9, AMHR2 a AIRE, které jsou spojeny s předčasným ovariálním selháním. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate less common genetic causes of infertility in a group of women with unexplained infertility. Using samples from 66 infertile women I utilized Sanger sequencing to analyse the genes BMP15, GDF9, AMHR2 and AIRE, which are associated with premature ovarian failure.
