Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza Evropských institucí a Evropské unie jako celku. Evropskou unii tvoří v dnešní době 27 členských zemí. V roce 1991 byla přijata Smlouva o Evropské unii. Evropská unie vznikla z tehdejšího Evropského společenství. Problémy, které vznikají v institucionálním prostředí řeší instituce Evropské unie. Nejdůležitějšími institucemi je takzvaný institucionální trojúhelník – Rada Evropské unie, Evropská komise a Evropský parlament. V nejbližším období Českou republiku čeká vstup do eurozóny, tedy přijetí jednotné měny Evropské unie eura. V roce 1993 byl zahájen jednotný vnitřní trh Evropské unie. Pro členské země to znamenalo prostor s volným pohybem zboží, služeb, osob a kapitálu. Mezi zájmy České republiky v rámci Evropské unie patří volný obchod v rámci Evropské unie, oblast výzkumu, vývoje a inovací. Dne 1. prosince 2009 byla přijata Lisabonská smlouva, která pozměňuje Smlouvu o Evropské unii a Smlouvu o založení Evropského společenství. Budoucnost Evropské unie je ve znamení rozšiřování. Potencionální kandidátské země jsou Albánie, Bosna a Hercegovina, Černá Hora a Srbsko. Evropská unie zahájila v roce 2005 takzvaná přístupová jednání s kanditátskými zeměmi Chorvatskem, Tureckem, Makedonií.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of European institutions and the European Union as a whole. At present the European Unio is formed by 27 member states. In 1991 the Treaty on European Union was adopted. The European Union originated from the then European Community. The problems occuring in the institutional environment are dealt with by the European Union institutions. The most important institutions form the so called institutional triangle – the European Council, European Commission and the European Parliament. The Czech Republic will soon enter the eurozone, that is it will adopt the euro – the uniform currency of the European Union started fo function. It meant space for the member states with free movement of goods, services, persons and capital. The interests of the Czech Republic within the European Union comprise the free trade within the European Union, the sphere of research, development and innovations. On 1 December 2009 the Lisbon Treaty modifying the Treaty ond European Union and the Treaty Establishing the European Community was adopted. The future of the European Union is in token of expansion. The potencial candidate countries are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia. In 2005 the European Union commenced the so called accession negotiations with the candidate countries such as Croatia, Turkey and Macedonia.
