Consumer contracts and their application in practice
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na spotřebitelské smlouvy a jejich využití v praxi. Porovnává výhodnost smluvního postavení podnikatele a spotřebitele. Popisuje smlouvu po smlouvě a zaměřuje se na její požadavky, slabé a silné stránky. Dále popisuje možnosti řešení případných sporů a seznamuje s obchodními podmínkami.
Abstract:
This thesis focus on consumer contracts and their application in practice. It compares the advantages of the entrepreneur´s and consumers contractual position. The thesis describes certain types of contracts and focuses on their requirements, strengths and weaknesses. Describes the proces of the potencial disputes solution and introduces terms and conditions.
