Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Béla Bartók: Smyčcové kvartety“ pojednává o životě a tvorbě Bély Bartóka, maďarské hudební osobnosti 20. století. Snaží se co nejblíže popsat celoživotní umělecký přínos skladatele, který působil v nepříznivé době světových válek. Přibližuje období, ve kterých komponoval smyčcové kvartety a analyzuje kompoziční techniky jednotlivých hudebních děl.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis 'Béla Bartók: String quartets' deals with life and works of Hungarian musical figure of 20th century – Béla Bartók. It aims to describe a lifelong artistic apport of a composer, who lived in unpropitious times of world wars. It depicts periods, during which six string quartets were composed, and analyses composition technique of each of these works.
