Protection of cultural vs. natural monuments. Conflicts of interest in the protection of the site of the ruins Templštýn

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konfliktem mezi ochranou přírody a památkovou péčí. Jako modelový příklad byla vybrána zřícenina hradu Templštýn, která je zároveň i přírodní rezervací. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak moc se v praxi dostávají oba typy ochrany do konfliktu, a jak se situace reálně řeší. Teoretická část se opírá o legislativu České republiky, ze které oba typy ochrany vychází, a následně je srovnávána s praxí na základě vlastních zkušeností majitele lokality. Část práce je proto také věnována lokalitě samotné, aby zdůraznila její hodnotu z obou úhlů. Z toho důvodu obsahuje jak historický pohled na vývoj hradu, tak i současné výzkumy ze strany ochrany přírody zabývající se výskytem chráněných i endemických druhů rostlin živočichů na daném místě. Práce se věnuje také problematice vztahu kultury a přírody, uvádí pohledy několika autorů zabývajících se environmentální tématikou.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is about conflict between nature protection and cultural heritage. There were chosen castle ruins Templštýn as an example of it, which is natural reserve at the same time. The main goal is to find out how much both types of protection get into conflict and in what way is the situation usually solved. The theoretical part is based on the laws of the Czech republic and after that it is compared with the practice, which is provided by the owner of the ruins by his very own experience. To show both sides of its value, that is why the part of the thesis is focused on the locality. From this reason it contains historical view on development of the castle, as well as recent researches from the point of view of nature protection that deal with the appearance of the protected and endemic species of plants and animals in place. The thesis is also focused on the relationship between culture and nature, and it shows the points of view of a few environmental specialized authors.
