Abstract:
Monogenea patří mezi parazitické ploštěnce (Platyhelminthes), kteří cizopasí především na vnějších částech těla ryb, jako jsou ploutve, žábra a kůže. Živí se zejména mukusem, tkáňovým detritem nebo krví hostitele. Podobně jako jiní parazité, také Monogenea produkují velké množství molekul (zejména proteinů), které jim umožňují přichytit se na hostiteli, přijímat potravu a tlumit či jinak modifikovat …moreAbstract:
Monogenea are parasitic organism (Platyhelminthes), which reside mainly on the outer parts of the body of fish, such as fins, gills and skin. They feed particularly by mucus, tissue detritus or host blood. Like other parasites, species of Monogenea also produces a large number of molecules (especially proteins) that allow them to attach to the host, eat and inhibit or modify the host's immune responses …more
