Automatic color control for offset printing presses manroland 710P respectively 708HP

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce bolo určenie nových vstupných hodnôt absolutných optických hustôt pre tlačové stroje manroland 708 HP a 710P, tak aby výsledné hodnoty farebného pristoru CIE L*a*b* dávali farebnú odchylku menšiu ako 5, teda aby bola farebná odchylka vrámci normi ISO 12647-2. Hodnoty sa určovali pre tlač na lesklý natieraný bezdrevý papier, matný natieraný bezdrevý papier a pre prírodný nentatieraný biely papier. V teoretickej časti jsú popísané automatické prvky tlačových strojov, kvalita tlače a spôsoby merania. V experimentálnej časti sú popísané použité zariadenia, postupy merania a sú tu uvedené aj namerané hodnoty.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was the determination of the new entrry values of the absolute optical densities for the printing machines manroland 708 HP and 710P, so that the resultant values of the colour space CIE L*a*b* gave colour difference less than 5, i.e. the colour difference was in limits ISO 12647-2. The values were determined for the printing on glossy woodfree coated paper, matt woodfree coated paper and nature white uncoated paper. In the theoretical part are described automatic elements of printing press, the quality of printing and ways of measurements. In the experimental part are described used machines, procedures and measured values as well.
