Criminological characteristics and typical traces of fraud
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kriminalistické charakteristice trestného činu podvodu a jeho stopách. Zaměřuje se na nastínění kriminalistické charakteristiky podvodných jednání zahrnující kriminální situaci, typické způsoby páchání, osobnostní rysy pachatele a oběti, typické motivy a na popis vybraných stop podvodů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with criminological characteristics of fraud. It focuses further on outlining criminological characteristics of such deceptive practices including criminal situation, typical methods of perpetrating, offender’s and victim’s personality traits, typical motives and also on these frauds‘ selected traces‘ delineation.
