Application of methods of organic spectrometry in analyses of substances of archaeological origin
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je věnována pozornost využití metod organické spektrometrie (DI-MS,GS-MS a FTIR) pro identifikaci pravěkých organických adheziv. Tyto látky byly v období pravěku a středověku využívány k reparaci nádob, k tmelení kamenných a dřevěných nástrojů, při výzdobě keramiky, jako hydrofobizační prostředek u nádob a jiných předmětů, jako mazivo a ke kultovním účelům.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor work is focused on application of organic spectrometric methods (DI-MS,GS-MS a FTIR)in identification of prehistorical natural resins. These substances were used as a material for pottery reparation, wooden and stone tools agglutination, ceramics decoration and as a hydrophobic agent or lubricant.
