Implementation of the CBA methods during evaluation process of the real infrastructure projects into the ministry of Defence
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení investičního projektu v oblasti nemovité infrastruktury v resortu Ministerstva obrany pomocí analýzy nákladů a užitků. Na základě vybrané hodnotící metody a zjištěných výsledků dle vypočtených kriteriálních ukazatelů je provedeno zhodnocení realizace investičního projektu.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of investment project in real estate infrastructure in the Ministry of Defence by analyzing costs and benefits. Based on the selected assessment methods and the obtained results calculated according criterial indicators is an assessment of the investment project.
