Práce byla věnována multiprvkové analýze vybraných částí ječmene pěstovaných v okolí bývalé skládky niklové huti v oblasti Sereď - Dolná Streda na Slovensku. Studován byl vliv exogenně přidaných aditiv na snížení akumulace potencionálně toxických prvků. Analýza byla realizována metodou ICP-MS, na spektrometru Agilent 7900 s quadrupólovým analyzátorem iontů a oktopólovou kolizně reakční celou ORS4. …more

This work aimed at the multi-element analysis of barley plants cultivated in the area of nickel smelter formel dump in the area Sereď - Dolná Streda in Slovakia. The effect of three different exogenously added additives on reducing the accumulation of potentially toxic elements was investigated.
