Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se autorka zaměřuje na pojem controlling jako nástroj řízení organizace veřejné správy, v institucích státní správy a samosprávy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část se týká teorie na dané téma a ve druhé polovině práce se autorka zaměřila na praktickou část, kde své poznatky z teorie aplikuje na vybrané instituci veřejné správy. Ke své praktické části si vybrala instituci městského úřadu, na kterém ukazuje controlling ve veřejné správě v praxi. Na konci práce navrhuje doporučení, které by vedlo ke zlepšení controllingu ve veřejném sektoru a v úplném závěru práce autorka shrnula celou svou práci.

Abstract:

In this diploma piece the author is focusing on the term "controlling" as a means of organising public administration, in the institutions of the state sphere and the self-government. The diploma piece consists of two parts. The first part is related to the theory of the topic and in the second part of the diploma piece, the author is trying to focus on the practical part where she applies her theoretical findings on the chosen instituion within the public administation. With regards to the practical part, she chose the institution of the city office where she is showing "controlling" within public administration. At the end of her diploma piece she is suggesting a recommendation which would lead to improve "controlling" within the public sector. At the end of the piece the author creates a summary.
