Transmission of cultural values in intergenerational family learning

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá přenosem kulturních hodnot při mezigeneračním učení v rodině. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsou objasněné pojmy jako rodina, učení, mezigenerační učení a mezigenerační učení v rodině, a kultura. V empirické části je popsán metodologický postup výzkumného šetření, druhá část je pak věnována výsledkům výzkumného šetření. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem dochází k přenosu kulturních hodnot v třígenerační rodině. K dosažení cíle je použita kvalitativní metodologie. Hlavní metodou sběru je polostrukturovaný rozhovor se zástupci nejmladší, střední a nejstarší generace v rodině.

Abstract:

Master's diploma thesis deals with the transfer of cultural values during intergenerational learning in the family. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, the concepts of family, learning, intergenerational learning and intergenerational learning in the family, culture, are explained. The empirical part describes the methodological procedure of the research, the second part is devoted to the results of the research. The aim of this work is to find out how the transfer of cultural values in the family of three generations takes place. A qualitative methodology is used to achieve the goal. The main method of collecting is a semi-structured interview with representatives of the youngest, middle and oldest generation in the family.
