Diplomová práca nazvaná „Ľudské zdroje a ich riadenie v konkrétnom podniku“ sa zaoberá skúmaním riadenia ľudských zdrojov v poisťovni v Slovenskej republike. Práca je členená na teoretickú a praktickú časť.
