Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza vývoje horní hranice lesa a vývoje bezlesí ve vybraných částech pohoří České republiky. Konkrétně se práce věnuje lokalitám, ke kterým jsou dostupné letecké měřičské snímky – v Krkonoších oblast Sněžky, Studniční a Luční hory, v Jesenické oblasti Keprníku a Králického Sněžníku, v Moravskoslezských Beskydech Lysé hory a Smrku.
