Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je právní úprava pozůstalostních důchodů v Čes-ké republice. Hlavní pozornost je věnována hmotnému právu, zejména pod-mínkám vzniku nároku na pozůstalostní důchody a nároku na jejich výplatu. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is legal regulation of survivors’ pensions in the Czech Republic. It focusses mainly on substantive law, especially on the conditions of entitlement to survivors’ pensions and to their payment.
