The aim of this thesis is to compare the legal regulation of the property tax in Great Britain and the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the property tax in respective countries as well as on the comparison of structural elements of the tax, tax adjustment elements, budget determination of the taxes and its administration in the countries mentioned. Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je porovnať právnu úpravu dane z nehnuteľností vo Veľkej Británii a Českej republike. Práca sa venuje analýze dane z nehnuteľnosti v jednotlivých krajinách ako aj porovnaniu konštrukčných a korekčných prvkov dane, rozpočtového určenia a správy dane v týchto krajinách. Bakalárska práca rovnako obsahuje úvahy o budúcnosti dane z nehnuteľnosti v oboch krajinách.
