The Legal Regulation of the International Trade between the EU and Russia
Abstract:
Předmětem práce je analýza relevantních právních pramenů vztahujících se k obchodu Ruska a Evropské unii. Cílem práce je zhodnocení právní regulace mezinárodního obchodu mezi EU a Ruskem. S ohledem na brzské začlenění Ruska do Světové obchodní organizace je součástí práce také analýza vstupních závazku Ruska (Vstupního balíku).
Abstract:
The subject of thesis is an analysis of relevant legal sources relating to trade between the European Union and Russia. Aim of this study is to evaluate the Regulation of International Trade between the EU and Russia. With regard to the soon integration of Russia into the World Trade Organization is part of the job also analysis of Russia's entry commitment (Accession Package).
