Employee care system as a tool of decreasing workforce migration

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá přístupy konkrétních obchodních řetězců v roli zaměstnavatelů v Ústí nad Labem k novým zaměstnancům. Obchodní řetězce na trhu práce zaměstnávají velké množství lidí s nižším stupněm vzdělání. Ve výzkumu se zaměřuji na existenci adaptačních procesů pro nováčky a demonstruji příklad konkrétního adaptačního procesu. Důvodem je, aby se noví zaměstnanci v nové práci stabilizovali a nedocházelo tak k poměrně častým důvodům odchodu ze zaměstnání ve zkušební době. Dále je práce zaměřena na důvody odchodů ze zaměstnání u vybraných zaměstnanců konkrétní společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis investigates approaches of the specific trading chains in the role of employers in Ústí nad Labem to new employees. The trading chains have been selected by the reason of the fact that they employ a large number of people with lower education degree in the labour market. The thesis focuses on the existence of adaptation processes for newcomers and an example of a specific adaptation process is demonstrated on a study of a specific company. The reason is to secure their stabilization in their new job and this way to avoid quite frequent reasons for leaving the job during the trial period. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis focuses on the reasons of leaving job in selected employees of the specific company.
