Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou subjektivně vnímané podmínky začínajících učitelů. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na učitele a charakteristiku učitelské profese, především se však věnuje začínajícímu učiteli, jeho profesní přípravě, procesu uvádění do praxe, podmínkám jeho práce a problémům, s nimiž se učitelé na počátku své praxe setkávají. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to discover subjectively perceived conditions of novice teachers. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on teachers and characteristics of teaching profession. It is mainly devoted to novice teachers, their training programme, process of introduction to profession, conditions of their job and problems they encounter during their initial phase.
