Taxation of sportsmen and artists in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému zdanění sportovců a umělců, jak z pohledu české právní úpravy, tak z pohledu mezinárodního zdanění příjmů, a jejich úpravy podle Mezinárodních smluv o zamezení dvojího zdanění. Bakalářská práce na základě této analýzy poukazuje na slabé stránky v řešené problematice a v závěru práce je navrženo možné řešení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the taxation system of sportsmen and artists, both from the perspective of Czech legislation and from the perspective of international taxation and their adaptations to the international agreements on avoidance of double taxation.
