Tato práce pojednává o správním soudnictví a jeho komparaci s vybranými státy Evropské Unie. V úvodu autor vymezuje stručná historická východiska a jádro práce představuje současná právní úprava správního soudnictví v České republice. This diploma thesis deals with administrative justice and its comparision with two states of the European Union. The introduction is formed by dominant historical facts and the main part concernes with current legislation of administrative justice in Czech Republic.
