Hepatitis E - a new zoonotic disease in the Czech Republic?
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní informace týkající se virové hepatitidy E. Zaměřuje se zejména na původce, genotypy, rezervoáry a přenos viru, klinický obraz, léčbu, prevenci a laboratorní diagnostiku. Práce poskytuje informace o stále častějším výskytu tohoto onemocnění v České republice. Závěr práce je věnován kazuistice dvou pacientů.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains basic information about viral hepatitis E. It focuses mainly on the originator, genotypes, reservoirs and transmission of the virus, symptoms, treatment, prevention and laboratory diagnosis. The work provides information about the increasingly frequent occurrence of this disease in the Czech Republic. The last chapter deals with a case report of two patients.
