Ensuring safety in regions for the transportation of pet dogs and security forces dogs, the risks involved

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou přepravy psů v zájmovém chovu a psů bezpečnostních sborů a upozorňuje na rizika s tím spojená. Teoretická část seznamuje s platnými právními předpisy souvisejícími s přepravou psů, s přepravními podmínkami jednotlivých dopravců a se závaznými pokyny bezpečnostních sborů a zároveň představuje nejčastěji využívané druhy bezpečnostních zařízení pro přepravu psů v osobním vozidle. Praktická část, jejímž podkladem bylo dotazníkové šetření, analyzuje konkrétní odpovědi respondentů týkající se přepravy psa v osobním automobilu jako k tomuto účelu nejčastěji využívanému dopravnímu prostředku. Součástí práce je i nastínění doporučení a návrh metodické pomůcky k zajištění větší bezpečnosti při přepravě psů. Pro lepší názornost je text práce doplněn o množství obrázků a grafů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the transportation of dogs as pets, as well as the transportation of dogs in law-enforcement agencies and points out the perils of such transportation. The theoretical part deals with (introduces) valid legislation connected with dog transportation, transport conditions of individual transport companies and binding instructions of the law-enforcement agencies. It also introduces the most frequently used safety devices for dog transportation in a passenger car. The practical part which is based on an interview survey, analyses the particular answers of its respondents relating to dog transportation in a passenger car which is the most frequently used means of transport for this aim. The thesis also provides practical recommendations of safety devices which should guarantee more safety when transporting dogs. The thesis is complemented with numerous pictures and graphs for better understanding.
